Is there a dress code?
We would suggest smart casual or business attire.
Is my pass transferable to another person?
No. All passes are named and cannot be transferred.
Do I qualify as an affiliate?
Only affiliates who are referring traffic to Forex Broker websites may qualify for a complimentary affiliate pass.
For our admission criteria, an affiliate is an individual who promotes a Forex Brokers product/service on their website and refers traffic. The affiliate is then paid a revenue share or CPA (cost per acquisition) for each account opened/client the Forex broker acquires.
Your affiliate status will need to be validated in order to be approved. Please note that this applies even if you have attended previous iFX EXPO events free of charge. Please allow 5 working days for us to validate your affiliate status.

Do I qualify as an Introducing Broker (IB)?
For our admission criteria, an Introducing Broker (IB) is an individual who introduces new customers to a Forex Broker. In return for referring the customer to the brokerage, the Introducing Broker (IB) receives a fee / commission.
In order to be assessed for a complimentary Introducing Broker (IB) pass, an IB agreement between you and the Forex Brokerage must be provided.
Your IB status will need to be validated in order to be approved. Please note that this applies even if you have attended previous iFX EXPO events free of charge. Please allow 5 working days for us to validate your IB status.

Once we have confirmed your details, we will contact you regarding whether or not your application has been successful.
Why do I need to upload my photo when registering?
In order to improve the quality of attendance throughout the event we are introducing mandatory on-site facial recognition in order to make sure that nobody misuses your access rights.
You are requested to upload your photo (no sunglasses or accessories so as to enable us to recognise you easily). Alternatively you could have your photo taken at the event itself - but it is recommended to upload it online for a much SPEEDIER on-site experience.
Where do I collect my badge?
Once your registration has been approved and completed, you will receive an email with your unique bar-coded ticket for the event. You must present this at badge pick-up in order to collect your pass, along with photographic ID.
Passes can be collected from the exhibition venue from 09:00 on the first day of the event or from 10:00 if arriving on the second day of the event from the badge pick-up area.
Will there be security measures implemented at the event?
Yes, well-trained Security personnel will be stationed throughout the event venue to ensure the safety of all delegates. Security checks will be conducted at all entry points. Please ensure that delegate badges are worn at all times and that you bring photographic identification with you.
Are there items that are prohibited?
Yes, any sharp or explosive items that can be used as a weapon, illegal substances and animals are strictly prohibited.
I need a visa to attend - Can you assist?
We do not under any circumstances provide any assistance relating to visas. We advise that you contact your nearest embassy or consulate for advice. In most cases the confirmation email that you recieve on the approval of your registartion should suffice.
Are there food & beverages available?
F&B options will be available based on sponsored areas to the attendees on the venue floor and in public areas. Exhibitors, Sponsors, and Paid Tickets as well as Speakers and Media Partners will have a dedicated area for their lunch service.
Is there an age restriction for attendance?
You must be 18 years of age or above to be eligible to register and attend any of our events.
